About ICS
The Iowa Chiropractic Society is the only professional membership organization serving Doctors of Chiropractic in Iowa. Since it's founding in 1964, the Society has been the leader in advocating for the rights of chiropractic patients and the doctors who serve them.
For example, the Society was instrumental in the passage of the Iowa Insurance Equality Law in 1986 that mandated that chiropractic services be available on the same basis as other treatments for similar ailments. Today, the Iowa Chiropractic Society continues its efforts to ensure access to a full range of care to patients who rely on chiropractic as an important part of their health care.

The Iowa Chiropractic Society will lead as the pace-setting organization in unifying and advancing chiropractic in Iowa.
Vision
The Iowa Chiropractic Society advances chiropractic health care in Iowa.
